Bad Service

I would like to complain about Old Mutual, their service is very very bad, my wife invested with them, we were saving for school fees, books and school clothes, we have requested the money since the 5th of January 2022 till today 19th of Jan 2022, we are still waiting for it, they keep on telling us tomorrow, tomorrow, yesterday 18th of January 2022, they told us not to call today and call friday if the money is not in. I planned to join my wife but since their service is bad, i will go with another service provider
