Bad service
I opened an investment policy and the company started deducting in Novemeber 2015. To this day, I have not recieved a welcome pack or anything from Old Mutual but they keep on deducting from my account. I emailed them to let them know about my situation and they promised to get back to me within 48hours. I am still waiting to this day.
