Bad Service

Extremely bad customer service. I had a transaction with this company and in order to complete. July 13thI completed and sent these documents, I was sent a confirmation that the documents were received.

15, 16 & 19 July they sent the same documents for me to complete with no explanation. No one contacted me to explain why do I need to redo the documents. I was the one contacting them day after day. I refuse to continue using.

July 19 I sent a request to cancel the transaction. Again I had to be the one following up on this. End of August, still no feedback. Not happy with this company at all.
