Bad service
I am trying for past 2 months to get any response from old mutual, went in to the branch this afternoon and also cancelled policy with immediate effect, quite surprised to see all the complaints on hello Peter, thought I might have overreacted, now if they are so reluctant to respond, what would happened when there is a claim against the policy
