Bad service

My name is N mathibedi. I opened 2 in 1 money account with old mutual. I was assured that I will be able ho access funds form savings account whenever I need them. On Saturday the 15 January 2021 I had an emergency which needed a huge amount of money. I tried their app and it refused to work.

I had to take time off work on Monday to visit wonder park branch in Pretoria. They could not help but tell me that the problem was network. I was advised to try it later. A day later the app is still not working.

I even tried to call a list of provided numbers without success.

I will close this account as soon as I get my money and I advise everyone not to open this account because you will be frustrated during financial difficulty and be told to keep trying the app at home. This is pathetic
