Bad Service

Been trying to get hold of Old mutual since yesterday, phones doesn't go through. I have lots of e-mail sent with no responses. Now one of my Debit orders did not go off. That is for my mom's funeral cover. I'm frustrated because I'm thinking if this is their way of getting rid of customers after paying for so long.
