Bad service

Am very disappointed how old mutual treat people where my aunt lost her son went to claim to old Mutual for the sons money and they told her the money is being paid and she never get the money. Now they say we should go get the sons payslip this drain emotionally and physically the money that his son saved for the mother now is difficult to get the money.
