Bad service
Submitted a claim with them as my contract ended in September, ever since I haven't received anything from them and they taking me from pillar to post.. story after story... Spoke to one of the team leaders by the name Belinda and she didn't give answers but kept on saying the query will be escalated and I should receive feedback after 48hrs, a week later I still haven't head any.... Bad service received I wouldn't advise anyone to work with them for their retirement funds...🤬🤬😡😡😡

You so quick to debit but very slow when it comes to compensating 🤬🤬🤬
Make means that the money is paid before Friday or am escalating the matter, also fix your service as I see am not the only one complaining
