bad service

I went to Old mutual in Quagga centre i was assisted by a lady who violently chewed gum throughout my whole consultation.Her name,Hope,took private calls throught the whole process.It was extremely disappointing and utterly unprofeesional.I am never going back to that branch.The manager needs train the staff,particularly Hope on how to be proffessional.Who chews gum and takes personal calls during a consultation????<br> <br>
