Bad service
My late husband had a policy with old mutual policy number ***4 of the late SK Matloporo Tracey from the Cape town branch contacted us the the policy was worth R31.999 which was supposed to be shared amongst 4 people,to my surprise we only got R3770. What happened to the other R16000.so now when we call her she doesn't answer her phone. I need an explanation on what happened to the other money
