Bad service
Old mutual service is very bad. You call them and wait for hours on the line and they hangup when you thought you have finally reached them. Old mutual is depressing me, been having same issue every month. Debit orders are not done or if done they done not in the day we agreed on. They always take time.

06 Jul 2019, 14:07Till Today no one has helped me. All I got it was an email stating I have missed paying my policy. My account has the money now I'm wondering if they did even try to deduct from it. I am very disappointed
