Bad Service

Worst Service ever and on top of that money gets taken without me knowing were it went to. Call centre staff are *********** especially when brokers are away and we have no option but to deal with the call centre. I was sent statements and my investment totaled around R5200. I cashed out some funds - I was paid around R2200 and now instead of having about R3000 left i only have R2000. This makes no sense, also i was not informed that i will be charged to withdraw, I was only informed that should i terminate i will loose money. Old Mutual cannot be transparent at all and even when you call to find out they cant advise. Im annoyed.
