Bad service

Rakosa R Poor service that I got from old mutual I won’t recommend any of my family to take policies with them I cancelled retirement annuity with them on the 04 April 2019 and thy told me bcs the policie debate from my persal it will take 2 to 3 month to stop completely but they refund me every time when the money appears on thy system which is on the 1st of every month. I went to they branch in Heidelberg Mall these a lady who was rude she told me that I should wait till the 10 of June is then that thy refund me today I call the branch to ask about my case thy ask me id number and cell phone number thy said thy call me back thy never did and when I try to call land line thy told that person is not there so guess tomorrow I’ll have to drive to the branch and ask what is going on
