bad service
hello Peter, yesterday i went to Old Mutual Finance at Thabong Mall in Sebokeng, when i get there i waited for like 2 hours without being helped just to get an account since they are not debiting as usual. Old Mutual is not debiting their money and every month i need to go to the Post Office or Standard bank just to be on a safe side. i was also on duty but i had to wait for them for like 2 hours to be assisted and the woman was assisting only one person for such that long time. am not happy with their service please help out. every month end we need to bunk work if you know that you going to them for assistance. their service is so terrible.
