Bad service

I left my previous company last year December since December I'm waiting for my provident fund from old mutual. But unfortunately I'm in a dark no updates nothing don't even know if will gona get my provident fund or what lost hope. I trusted old mutual but now I'm really disappointed. This service I experienced I won't wish even for my enemy. I had plans for the money but all went away
