bad service

I went to old mutual Maponya on the 19/01/2019 the service was ok and the people were welcoming its just that it was full so i could not do anything and then i decided to go to DOBSONVILLE OLD MUTUAL to change the debit date the reason im changing the debit order date is that old mutual always debits money before my salary date and its costing me charges and mind you its not the first time im complaining about the very same thing to my suprise LERATO told ME i wont be helped with my drivers license they need an id for that my question is that why was maponya old mutual willing to help with my drivers license where else DOBSONVILLE OLD MUTUAL cant help me and what is the difference between id and drivers licences its been 6 months having that investment but im gatvol with the bogus service im getting from old mutual i so wanna cancel my investment does TCF apply to old mutual I doubt Im so disappointed
