BAD SERVICE

On the 1st NOV 1996, I opened an investment policy ( Flexi Mortgage) which increased by 10% annually . When I started the investment policy the premium was R100.00 p.m. Presently I'm paying R1073.24 pm. The policy is now 22years in existence and is going to mature on the 1st Nov 2018. I went to one of the branches of Old Mutual to enquire about the maturity value and to my surprise they made a print out which shows that the maturity value is R84,845.69. I questioned the consultant about the value of the policy, she told me that the policy is an old one and they no longer have such investment policy in their company. I felt that this company didn't serve me well they should have called me and inform me about my investment policy being old and should advice me to choose one of their new products instead of living me paying all this monthly premiums for the past 22 years.
