Bad Service
I sent an e-mail to customer services yesterday requesting banking details so that I can settle my Old Mutual Loan account. No response......I called call centre and hold FOR DAYS. <br> I'm irritated by an sms I just got now from Old mutual that they tried debiting my account and they couldn't. I clearly stated that I get paid on the 20th of every month not 18th. Now I have to pay bank charges. Please send me my settlement amount and banking details. I would like to pay off that loan
