Bad Service

I have made a loan application to Old Mutual Finance and I was assisted by Lousi Rwizi whom has been so inffecient, I sent this gentleman all the documents he needed on the 19th of Jul and He acknowledge them and from there he was dead quite i have made more 20 calls to OM to try and get hold of him and I have been sent from pillar to post and I manage to get to another manager who escalled the matter to him and his manager last Friday and I have been told for the past week and today the application is on employer creation which takes 48hrs normally but miner has taken over 7 working days, Louis has totally failed to keep updated and to make sure that who ever that is stucked iwth my application is doing their job and Friday he managed to call me and advised that he worked on different departments and that is why He couldnt respond to millions emails and promosed that someone will call me on Sartuday and still nothing and today I emailed him as usual there is no answer and when I call i get dropped and neither him and his manager has prioroities this as he told me that this application is from one manager to another and it has been priorities but I havent seen that all. People make loan application because there is an emergency in their lives and I have been totally ignored at Old mutual. such staff as Louis Rwizi are a liberlity to the company and they should be fired or trained on their job and so as customer service
