BAD SERVICE
Every time you have to withdraw from a policy or dissolve one Old Mutual takes too long to respond and they take very long to give you your money. Its the worst company to use especially when you urgently need you money because they don't even respond to say if they received your documents or not. You constantly have to jump through unnecessary hoops to get YOUR OWN money back.
