Bad service
so yesterday i went to old mutual in church street pretoria central. I was helped by a guy called that was not even wearing a nametag who claimed to be Theo or Odirilwe. In the processes only his computer stud down and we moved to another computer then back to his computer, very playful and calling people from hamanskraal to take over my account and bhla bhla he didnt make sense. I end up not completing the matter I was there fore. this is the same thing that happened to my mother and she lost thousand even today she still doesn't have answers and i don't understand why the comapny condon such behaviour.
