Bad service
It is impossible to get to speak to anyone at Old Mutual let alone make an appointment. They are the untouchables. I am sick of trying to get anyone to speak to. I want an appointment for my elderly mother with Elize Botha the Head of Unit trusts. The number ********** 00 is permanently engaged. Cannot waste anymore phone calls on this,. Please sort your mess out.
