Bad Service

I had a bad experience with Old Mutal finance. I'm client a client under debt review. Old mutual accepted the proposed payment amount with the debt review company. Off which payments has been to them on regular basis. The issue is they are not updating the payment history on ITC. To date it looks like no payments were made to them.

I have queried with their contact agents who asked me to send my ITC report via email and promised that they will contact me to resolve my issue which they never did. I have received no communication from them and my credit score keeps on dropping because of this account. I'm very disappointed with their level of service and at times feel like my account is treated badly because of the debt review. Other creditors has been updating my profile monthly but not old mutual. They don't seem to care.

As I'm coming out of debt review I don't think I will want to have any further dealings with Old Mutual Finance let alone to refer them to anyone I know.
