Bad Service

It's so sad that even if one pays their premiums every month especially retirement investments it takes time for the payout.

Last year in September i lost my mother and my dad went on retirement the day after we buried her. May dad has been in hospital for the past three months and yesterday i was told that he will no longer be able to walk.on the 1st of February my little sister tried to take her own life due to the loss of my mother and my dads current situation, this forced me to move back home. I have spoken to a specific lady as my dad has given consent for me to foresee the process. But theres no progress. Right now im concerned of the fact that how will my dads policies be paid including Old Mutual as there's no income. I myself am currently studying and i dont have a source of income only my husband can provide so far at this point. Why is Old Mutual dragging the process and now still the payout must be transferred back to Alexander Forbes and how long will that be. How will i cover my dads expenses as my husband's salary cant cover both.
