Bad Service

Have a investment with the Old Mutual Group. And I am not very happy with the service I received from them.Every time I have a query with Old Mutual it takes from my side follow ups because they don't care! If they follow up the query it is full of mistakes and a person have to return it to them to rectify. Usually I received my money from them on the 28 of every month my debit orders can go through the bank no problem, but lately I don't know then ever my money will be in the bank with other words my debit orders is been return by the bank and I have to pay the bank cost. I also have to borough money to survive till they decide to pay the money into the bank.
