bad service

my name is lindiwe nxumalo , i have a funeral policy with old mutual . for the past month i was on the maternity leave . i sent them numerous of Emails , i asked them to call me . they responded by saying i must call them. how can i call them . knowing that i do not have air time, by me sending any email it shows i'm trying my level best to communicate with them . i wanted to make arrangement with them . since i was in a maternity leave .
