Bad service
Documents for Death claim were submitted 15/07/2022, was followed up 3 times and still no feedback or payment. Absolutely bad service!!!!!!!!!

30 Aug 2022, 09:28It's almost a month later and still not sorted out, I send several e-mails for follow up, because Old Mutual keep on coming back that the claim was already paid, but the feedback they gave is on the incorrect policy number. What more must we do or explain to get the claim paid???????
