Bad service

Old mutual unprofessional and don't care about their clients.

My dad passed on last year June, went straight to Old mutual to claim the money, my late dad left for us, till today they haven't paid, when I call... They will tell me, we didn't submit original documents or that the master's high court is taking long to process our papers... No one is working at my home, only my dad was, we need the money urgently because I believe it's long overdue... Why is Old mutual refusing to cash out our money? Their service is really bad, no one will even call to update the policy, I am the one who has to be after them yet it's our money..
