Bad service

I went to Bloem Cbd branch and is not the first time I went there as my nearest branch but service is getting more poor and poorer especially the manager( mamiki) she doesn't respect people (clients)she even talk bad with staff infront of us, my experience with this ladie is getting worse can you please send this lady back office or to another ranch or training as she doesn't have management skill and bring back Mr Mafabatho as he was having the spirit of Ubuntu.
