Bad Service

its now 5 weeks that my claim hasn't been finalized for payouts by Old mutual. so after several calls wanting to find out what the issue is Noluntu Solani promised that my payment will be finalized today, so I call and find out that my pension fund hasnt been processed and as promised noluntu didnt send it to the claims department to be processed i am highly disappointed in the way she services her client this is bad and she doesn't have the decency to even call nor pick up her phone as i have been trying to call her .
