Bad service

I am hugely dissatisfied with the pathetic service that old mutual gives to their clients, I have recently wanted to terminate my retirement annuity with them however I get responses and then when I respond back to the agent they ignore me completely calling the call centre is such a nightmare as you take half an hour sometimes never getting through, I have been told to email documents through then nothing has happened since then no feedback however when they missed a debit they call instantly to claim when the date will go off. <br> I want my money that I invested with old mutual when you say fax the documents no one picks it up on the receiving end ,your company has been in the market for years god only knows how with the pathetic staff such as Naadia Hoosein and Anthony Van Der Pool who could not care less. The service at old mutual is terrible and I even asked for a person I could send this complaint to and was so abliged by Naadia not caring that a customer was going to actually complain. FIRE THE LOT AND REPLACE THEM WITH PEOPLE THAT ARE INTERESTED IN CARRYING OLD MUTUAL BRAND INTO THE FUTURE
