Bad service

<p>My late mom had a funeral cover at old mutual and I went there to claim as I am the beneficiary.</p> <p>I was asssted by a lady called LT Nkojoana at Cape town branch.She could not assist me in a correct manner as she gave me wrong information and also completed the incorrect forms.She advised me that I will get a pay out with in 48 hours and that was last week on tuesday ,I waited and no money was paid into my account.Today I went to the brach to do a follow up and it turned out that she have never captured any information on the system and the claim had to be done from scratch,Please assist with the matter as I cannot wait for another 48 hour period.</p>
