bad service

<p>i got a call from Nafiesa to say money is for ready at Uni trust account now i went to the branch in Cape town in Adderley streeti got there consultants say they off line and there are alot off people waiting and when i start to call to find out why they off line this consultant tell me well you just wait and i didnt like it cause i dont have time to waist and then when i start calling the no longer off line and everybody is online my thing is if i didnt phone then we will have to wait and see ,and then i had to go the next day again to find out that they dont have uni trust app or program Nafiesa had to call them and mail them the info and its more than 10 days im waiting for the money call me ********** 339 </p>
