Bad service

<p>Hi my name is Portia.. I have a problem with people from old mutual...my dad passed away on the 4th of Jan 2015...he had a policy with them. He had a life policy, and after retrenchment he took his money and invested to old mutual..after he passed away we only receive life insurance money. And told us that we will receive the money he invested...after 6months waiting for money ,they told us that we can not get money because when a client passed on we lose the money too... we are so confused because they were able too see it now it does not appear..at first they said we have to go and do ESTATE letter to receive money,we did so,after they required a LETTER OF AUTHORITY we have that as well,but they did not help us.my mom she is old and she is stressing because it was my dad money that he worked for and invested to them now they talking another language...please we need your help we have all the document..</p>
