Bad Service

<p>I needed to cancel my policies with Old Mutual and Libety Life due to unforseen circumstances. When i took out my policies a few years ago thr advisors were excellent and everything was processed in a matter of days but a few years later when i want to cancel....Cannot get hold of the advisors, takes days to respond to my emails, back and forth emails and messages for weeks. No effeciency whatsoever, the excellent service when signing up a new member is the complete opposite when i was withdrawing from my policies. Its been months and i am still waiting upon Old Mutual, with liberty already haveing processed my claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will definitely not be taking any more policies in the near future, as there are many other ways to invest you hard earned money in.</p> <p> </p> <p>A much forgettable experience all round.</p>
