Bad service

<p>I app**** to cancell my policy, went to the branch fill the form submitted all the documents on 02/20/2016 the following day i was told i didnt submt the bank statement of which i did and on the 3rd i went back and re-submitted and today i receive a mail that i didnt submit the document again and i should go to police station for a stamo something i didnt do when i opened the policy. i cant go back now fir three months because of work and they say they will close my application if i dont go to the branch for the thir time to re-submit</p>
