Bad service

<p>I opened an investment policy with this lady her name is Winkie Mjijwa (senior financial advisor as per business card) about a year ago.At first this woman **** to me she said i can access the money only to findout the account will mature after 10years i never got copies of this which she said they will be sent to me. On Sartuday 21 January 2017 i went to the branch to enquire about the balance and statement on the account she kept on talking about my funeral cover instead of this policy then when i insisted she told me she cant help me she is taken off the system and yet she is the only person in the branch that does those investment.she took my cellphone number and promised to call me on month end when i asked why after such long time she chased me out and said i was wasting her time she has got a long queue.she made me look like a fool in front of the other clients and my family i was so furious but i decided not to shout and leave.</p>
