Bad service

<p>I have policies with old mutual 2016 March I lost my job then I couldn't pay my policy but some other months I was paying 2012 I took premium holiday on that policy but my surprise was that my policy had lapsed I went to centurion branch they told me that it has lapsed in June then but there we're 3premiums that were lying in their SI the amount of R618.24 I called them I Oct I spoke to them they took that money and put in my policy then it was active but the following day it lapsed again,then I paid sept and Oct Dec when I pay they refunded my premium when I call them and ask why they refunded my premium they told me that my policy has lapsed in June but they took my money in October so how can you take money in October after the policy has lapsed and why they refunded DEC premium only what about that one I paid in sept and Oct?</p>
