Bad service

<p>I have to say, customer care is very important . Yesterday I went to old mutual Chris Hani mall, a lady called Kheswa was not helpful, she answered her phone while I was consulting with her and never excused her self. She told me her job is not to multitask , I must wait for her to finishe what she is doing then she try to answer my questions. Then she said I have a lot to ask I must call the head office as she doesn't know anything about my policy. Then later she send me a message saying I must come back to the branch with the same documents that I had earlyer as she forgot to make copy's of them..</p>
