BAD SERVICE

<p>I resigned at work on 21 September 2016 and on the 27th October they called me to say I will receive my Pension Fund payout within 4-6 working days and to date I have not received it.</p> <p>I called them to follow up and they told me there were missing documents. When I called my Ex HR they said they have sent evenrything to them. Later that day I received an email confirming there was a system error on their side and that the documents were received. On the 11th when i called to follow up they said that I have to wait another 4-6 weeks for the Pension Fund payput.</p> <p>I dont understand why I have to start form scratch as the issue was on their system as per confirmation that it was a system error and no documents were outstanding.</p> <p>Why did they call me to advise of the payout if there were still missing documents.</p> <p>I am still waiting for the manager Felicia to call me as she was unavailable when I called the call center and spoke to Nosisana Maseko.</p>
