BAD SERVICE

<p>I went to Old Mutual In Wonderpark to cash in my Investment and the lady who was helping me was so ineffeciant in such a way she doesnt even check her work once she is done. I had to wait more than i should to get my investment reviewed and processed and on top they never called me to tell me that my ID is not visible to them. Im so disspointed and i want to even close this account and also complain again on Ombudsmen. If thats how they treat their clients. I wish could have taken her name that consultant. </p>
