Bad Service

I've just opened an investment account and Life insurance policy with Old Mutual. I stated the debit date to be on the 7th I was assured by my Finacial Advisor that they would indeed go off on the 7th as that is my pay date and now one is going off on the 7th and the one on the 26th. Messing up my credit history and bank balance. When I contacted my Financial advisor to notify him that the life policy did not go off on the 7th of last month he assured me it would go off and cut me off as he said he was in training and would come back to me the following day and told me to go over my contract. I want this fixed and bank charges paid for the reversal I'm about to do

Thank you for getting back to me and resolving my issues. I spoke to Kareema from Old Mutual Cape Town who said she would get somebody to contact me which they did and My bank charges will be reimbursed and the correct debit order date has been added. The Sandton Area manager also contacted me and assured that the matter has been resolved. Thank you for the efficient and timely resolution to my complaint.

Good day Mary I refer to the email you received from Anesh Ramauthar this morning on which I was copied. Your 7 August 2016 debit order deduction for both policies was unpaid and this caused your greenlight policy to lapse. The savings plan is however still active. Please reply to his email confirming whether you want us to reinstate the greenlight cover policy. Kind regards Kareemah Sulayman | Complaints Assessor OMEM CST Complaints Management
