Bad service

<p>I apply for a loan on Monday11July 2016 at Old Mutual Eersteriver.The person who assist me was Keano and my loan was approved for R10000.On Tuesday I received a call from a lady telling me that head office need a letter from me for money I paid from my account to someone.I explained to the lady that I was ****med from people who promise me a loan but never gave it.They let me pay admin fee but never gave me the money.I make several calls to Eersteriver and speak to Keano but all he done was lie and made empty promises.I give my bankstatements to Old Mutual and No loan was paid in my account from that people but they refuse to help me.Im tired of Old Mutual and if I dont received feedback in 3days I will cancell all my policies with them.</p>
