Bad Service

<p>I recently opened a policy with Old mutual, due to personal reasons after 2 months i had to close it.</p> <p>The initial date for submitting a cancellation of the policy accompanied by all certified and signed documents was done on the 29th of April 2016.</p> <p>Firstly i was told to wait 7 days then all my premiums will be paid back and my policy will be cancelled, i was futher told to wait 15days after the 7 days. Then after numourous tiring number of calls i to make after the 15 days i was told my cool of period ends in mid May because its a new policy, i was okay with that because i was assured after the cool of period my premiums will be paid back and my policy will be officially cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am getting so fustrated and annoyed because till today no one has bothered to phone and follow up on my cancellation and paying me back my premiums and till this day i still have not been assisted and for some reason my account is still active. I am tired of my account being escalated from one department to another withought any success!</p> <p> </p> <p>i just want to close and get my premiums back, Old Mutual has really taken me from pillar to post and has really given me the baddest service i never thought i would receieve from them. Most of all i am totally being inconvinienced.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its been almost 2 months now, my account is still active and i have not received my premiums back!</p>
