Bad service

<p>Old Mutual,</p> <p>I have an educational plan with you guys and for the past 2 years you've been debting from my account with no hussle and i never checked on it because i trusted you guys as a company. On The 02/06/2016 i called into your customer service only to find out my details were removed and someone else's details are there.My policy number is 69345SB ********** 8 and i spoke to Jaunita from sales who confirmed that my deatils were captured correctly and i have confirmed that all the documentation that you guys sent through had my details. She escalated this matter to Customer's complain who were suppose to get back to me within 3 to 4 days, which they didn't. I called Jaunita on the 13/06/2016 which she didnt have any feedback.</p> <p>This really showed me that your company doesn't care about their clients for the mere fact that someone can just change customer's information without your guys knowing about is very alarming.</p> <p>Please get back to me with Feedback.</p> <p>From a very frustrated parent.</p>
