Bad service

<p>i visited the old mutual n1city branch to apply for a consolidation on the 20th of April. The consultants advised me that the interest rate would be going to go down at the end of the month, at that she would give me a call on the 3rd of May. I did not receive a phone call from the branch so I visited them two weeks after the promised date. She told me that she didn't call because the application was denied, dispite it being approved on the 20th of April. My frustration is that, she didn't inform me of any progress of my application to date. This is horrible service and I would not recommend old mutual n1city to anyone.</p>
