Bad Service

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>i went to old mutual and made a claim on my retirement annuity and also opened a money account so it can be in there. I was told it would take a certain number of days once it's been processed for it to go through. </p> <p> </p> <p>It has passed the number of days and when I call I hold on for 30 minutes and my airtime gets finished</p> <p> </p> <p>can I please get assistance on when I will get my money ?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
