Bad service

<p>Me and my husband are saving with old Mutual for retirement. Ons of our policies matured and paid out. We recieved a statement from Old Mutual HEADOFFICE STATING the amount that will be paid out. We revieved nearly R9000 less. After enquiring about it we got many answers from diffrent people at the branch. Then the branchmanager phone to say it was tax. But we were told it is n tax free plan. It is already 5 months later and no word from the broker or Old Mutual about is. We were supose to re invest the amount paid out with Old Mutual. This is the 3rd time that we have troubles with Old Mutual and one of the brokers. The 1ste time we lost almost R150 000. The second time R24 000. and now R9000. And we still have more investments with Old Mutual. Now the question - can we trust Old Mutual and their brokers. NO NO NO. When the want your bussiness they will tell you just what you want to hear. But they dont have the klient's best interrest at heart only the own pocket. Sorry Old Mutual the first time we had trouble with one of your brokers we find out that it was not only us but 13 other clients as well with way bigger amounts. Then we said maybe it was the broker and not Old Mutual. We did complain to Old Mutual but with no luck. And now - how are we suppose to provide for our pensioen if the people that we trust just keep on bulling us the client and we cant do anything about it. Please people beware of who you are investing with</p>
