Bad service

I had Policies with Old Mutual since 2016. Had to cancel some of them, battled to get them canceled they still had a debit order going through(canceled before the 15th for them to have time to stop the debit order) and now I am battling to get my refund back . 75 days after I originally requested the cancellation.
