bad service

I have emailed old Mutual on the 217th of September to cancel my Policies I have head back from them in regards to send though all the document to claim my investment back and to cancel the policies ,So today is the 8th of October 2020 I phone them everyday to just get feedback and still no payment and still no feedback this is rediculiase .Why do we need to pay them every singe moth for my life insurance they are quick and demanding to sign the contact but **** when you cancel and you want your money back they take there time .I will never in my live support old mutual again .
